1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the K99 Game website, creating an account or using any feature of the platform — including sports betting, slot games, fish games, bingo and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or continue using the platform.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another individual's identity or payment method without their explicit, verifiable consent.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close associate of K99 Game or any affiliated entity.

K99 Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Responsibilities

Once your account is created, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on it. This includes all bets placed, games played and transactions carried out — whether you initiated them directly or not.

• Keep your login credentials — username and password — secure at all times. Do not share them with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
• Notify K99 Game support as soon as possible if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• K99 Game is not liable for losses that result from your failure to keep your login information confidential.
• You must log out of your account when using a shared or public device to prevent unauthorised access.
• Account balances, bonuses and winnings are non-transferable and cannot be sold, assigned or moved to another user's account.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to your K99 Game account must come from a payment method that belongs to you. K99 Game supports the following payment channels for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in PKR
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in PKR
• Raast — interbank digital transfer in PKR
• Bank Transfer — direct account-to-account transfer in PKR
• Debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page

All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges for standard deposits via supported Pakistani payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time.

K99 Game reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification if a transaction appears unusual, is flagged by our payment systems, or does not meet the conditions of your account status. Deposits made using payment methods that are not registered to you may be reversed and your account may be reviewed.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available K99 Game balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used to make your most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise specified by our support team.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are listed on the Withdrawal page.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable — see Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• K99 Game reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Exact processing times are indicated on the Withdrawal page.
• Attempting to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or system exploitation will result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being reviewed for suspension.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

K99 Game offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, PSL and cricket season promotions, free spins and accumulator boosts. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

• Bonus offers are only valid for the period stated. Expired bonuses cannot be claimed retroactively.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement — the number of times you must play through the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, device and IP address. Claiming a bonus across multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• K99 Game reserves the right to cancel any bonus and any winnings derived from it if it was obtained in a way that breaches these terms or the conditions attached to that particular offer.
• Certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements — for example, a slot game might contribute 100% while a sports accumulator contributes at a lower rate. This is stated in each promotion's terms.
• K99 Game may withdraw, change or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, though we aim to give reasonable advance communication where possible.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at K99 Game covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets as made available on the Bet page. The following rules apply to all sports wagers placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. K99 Game does not allow bets to be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are the odds that apply to that wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or void, bets will be settled according to the standard rules displayed for that market. Typically, voided legs in an accumulator revert to singles.
• K99 Game reserves the right to void any bet if it was placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed issue.
• In-play betting markets close at the system's discretion based on live match data. K99 Game is not responsible for any bet slip that could not be processed due to a market being suspended or closed during live play.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are listed on the betting market pages. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the listed amount.
• Any evidence of match fixing, insider information or collusion in connection with a bet will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related winnings.

8 Casino & Game Rules

K99 Game offers slot games, fish games and bingo alongside its sports betting product. The following general rules apply across all casino and game titles available on the platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. K99 Game does not manipulate game results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game state will be recorded by the server. When you reconnect, the round will resume from where it was interrupted, or it will be completed automatically by the system if it cannot be resumed.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per spin or game round are displayed within each game interface and are denominated in PKR.
• If a game malfunctions due to a technical fault, all bets for the affected rounds will be refunded to your balance. Payouts from rounds that cannot be independently verified due to a malfunction are not honoured.
• Bingo draws are conducted at scheduled intervals. Cards must be purchased before the draw closes. Late entries are not accepted.
• Fish game sessions are continuous and real-time. PKR deductions apply per shot fired regardless of whether the target is eliminated.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on K99 Game. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be referred for further action:

• Registering or operating more than one account under any name, identity or payment method
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained this way will be voided
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the K99 Game platform
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised means
• Using the platform to launder money or obscure the source of funds
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo or any game where collaboration provides a competitive advantage
• Engaging in threatening, abusive or inappropriate communication with K99 Game staff or other users

10 Account Suspension & Closure

K99 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials
• Submitting chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting K99 Game support
• Evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Accounts registered by individuals who do not meet the age or eligibility requirements

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting K99 Game support. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions being met.

11 Responsible Gaming

K99 Game is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Online gaming and sports betting are forms of entertainment. They carry financial risk and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover money that has already been lost.

• Set a personal PKR budget for each gaming session and stick to it regardless of outcome
• Use the deposit limits feature in your account settings to cap how much you can add to your balance in a given period
• Use the session time management tools to keep track of how long you have been playing
• Take regular breaks and never play when you are tired, stressed or emotionally unsettled
